A few weeks back we introduced the theme of capturing “action’ for our After School Photo Club!

This exercise is great for getting the children not only moving around but thinking about shutter speed and how to freeze an action in the frame. We brought props like colour ribbons and balls for them to use and challenged them to move and jump around to see what pictures they could make.

They did a great job and got very creative with the assignment and came up with some really interesting shots. There were so many great images to choose from that it was hard to pick our ‘Snappers of the week’
