This week at our after school photography clubs we will be “Looking for lines”! The children will learn to “look” more in their photographs, looking for lines in their everyday surroundings.  We are surrounded by lines; walls, door frames, fences, painted lines etc, all of which would work amazingly as “leading lines”. This is a technique lots of photographers use to create photos that really draw the viewer in to the image. We will be looking at photos by famous photographers, including Bill Brandt and Rodchenko

This week at after school photography club, the children will learn how to refine their eye by finding leading lines, enabling them to create simple, interesting compositions.

Remember to follow us on Facebook, twitter and instagram to keep up to date with what the kids have been photographing and learning!
