We’ve had a great time this term with some fantastic themes for the children to work with. So far we’ve learned how to use the flash, painted with light and taken dinosaurs on an adventure! All of these themes have been helping the students understand how the camera works and how to take the best shots.

When we return after half-term, the children will learn about photographing shapes and textures, action shots and using mirrors to experiment. This will help to broaden their knowledge and really make them think about the shots they’re taking rather than just pointing and shooting at everything they see!

The final week of term will be our Journal Party where the children will be given journals with all of their favourite shots from the term. This is always one of the most exciting weeks of our photography courses for kids as they get to reminisce about all the different themes and show off their work to their families!

You can see some great shots from this term so far below and to check out photos from our previous photography courses for children head to our Gallery.
