It’s a new half term and we are now in week 7 of our photography for kids after school club. So far this week the children have been exploring the theme of ‘action’ and the varying ways in which to capture it. They have learnt this week how to use different functions on their cameras in order to change shutter speeds, so they could create images that were both blurred and sharp. They also played around with the self-timer so they could capture themselves in action. They have also explored functions that capture multiple images at once, enabling them to create stop motion effects, which they really enjoyed. The week 7 theme of our after school photography classes has really encouraged the children to work together and they have learnt that they can create better images when they are working in a team.
Here are some of the fantastic images so far. They have really enjoyed being active this week!
