We are so excited to offer an inspirational day of photography on July 29th. The photography camp will run from 9.30am to 3.30pm at Tillingbourne School in Chilworth. The children will have great fun taking photos and participating in photographic activities throughout the day.
Please pack a lunch and drink for your child. The photography camp is open for children in year 3-6 in school, but we are also happy to accept children going into year 7 too. Cameras and all art materials provided for each child, which is included in the fee.
Friday July 29th: Summer Fun in the Sun!
Today’s focus is photographing what summer means to us. Blue skies with puffy white clouds, bright colourful flowers and running through the fields are just some of the images the kids will capture on their digital cameras (along with many more!). There will be a photographic summer treasure hunt, inspiring the kids to look for certain elements in their photos, and producing great shots as a result. We will also take some fun shots using water, as what is summer without a splash or two! Don’t worry our cameras are completely waterproof so the kids will be encouraged to shoot away in all conditions!
*Please note this camp is not a course. Whilst the kids will have a fabulous time taking photos and participating in other activities, they will not be taught camera mechanics and the details about photographic exposure and composition. For courses please follow this link.
The camp will take place in the art room at Tillingbourne School and will be run from 9.30-3.30pm. The class fee is £35 per day, or £32 per day for siblings.
To book your child in please email Lillie at info@sharpshotsphotoclub.co.uk, or phone her on 07969466572.
We look forward to teaching your child more about photography this summer!
