Valentine’s day inspired photographs

I love …

The children in the after school clubs this week captured some Valentine’s day inspired photographs. We talked about the things we love. What we love to do,  what we love about ourselves, the things that make us happy and bring us joy.

The children were encouraged to make a list before capturing their favourite things. Thinking about the things we love and want to take a picture of helps them to think about how to compose the photograph before hitting the shutter button. They also learned how to use the self timer setting on their Nikon Coolpix W150 Cameras to capture themselves in different scenarios like, running and playing with their friends.
