Last week at after school photography clubs the children were asked to photograph their thoughts. Equipped with a whiteboard and pen, they worked in pairs to photograph each other acting out their speech bubbles.

This theme was interesting because the children had to really think about how they would capture their thoughts in a photograph, and most importantly how to make sure the person seeing the photo could connect the speech bubble with the rest of the picture.

We had some interesting ideas – some were more obvious than others; I like football; I like jumping; and some were a bit more complex; I like music; I like horses; but the children all managed to portray their thoughts in an image!
